- Name, affiliation
- The location you will be travelling from
- Justification of support needed (up to 150 words)
The applicant must be a student at the time of application, be one of the authors of an accepted paper, and attend the conference in person. If other co-authors do not cover the full (non-student) registration required for the paper, the applicant must register for the conference using the applicable full registration category required for presenting authors under conference policy.
The student grants will be awarded based on criteria such as the quality of the submitted work, estimated travel costs, limited access to other sources of funding, and the overall justification for the support.
Student grants are intended as partial support only. Meeting the eligibility criteria does not guarantee funding, as grants are limited and decisions will be made based on the established criteria and available funds.
Notifications will be sent out on May 2nd.
