🪧 Poster/ e-Poster Guidelines
AIME 2026 uses a digital poster format to enhance sustainability, accessibility, clarity, and interaction. There will be no printed posters at AIME 2026.
All accepted poster presenters are thus required to submit an e-poster. The e-poster will be displayed during the scheduled poster sessions and will also be made available through the conference platform (Fourwaves).
Authors may also choose to submit an optional 60-second video presentation. This short presentation is intended to increase the visibility and accessibility of the poster and will be available only through the conference platform.
All poster presenters will be assigned a specific presentation time slot. The detailed poster session schedule will be communicated close to the conference date.
The submission folder will be made available on FRIDAY, MAY 15, 2026. It will be accessible from the Fourwaves account you created while registering.
