Visa Invitation Letters
Participants who require a visa to travel to Canada for AIME 2026 may request an invitation letter after completing their conference registration. To obtain the letter, please attach your registration confirmation to an email and send it to the event organizer at the designated conference email address (mspencer@eventfluent.ca). Invitation letters will be issued only to registered conference participants. We strongly encourage you to submit your request as early as possible, as visa processing and related paperwork may take considerable time.

🛂 Entry Requirements for International Participants

International attendees may require a Temporary Resident Visa (TRV) or an Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA) to enter Canada. To check your eligibility, visit the official Government of Canada visa tool.

  • TRV: Required for most visa-requiring countries; apply online well in advance.
  • eTA: Required for visa-exempt air travellers; apply online for CAN$7.

The organizing committee will provide:

  • Invitation letters upon request
  • Guidance on visa timelines and documentation

Please refer to the business visitor guidelines for more details.
