Telfer School of Management

The conference will be hosted by the Telfer School of Management.
The Telfer School of Management is one of the few business schools in North America where health research is a core strategic pillar. Through its Master of Health Administration (MHA) program, recognized nationally for developing health system leaders, and its MSc and PhD in Health Systems, Telfer trains professionals to navigate the complexities of healthcare delivery, operations, and policy.
Health research at Telfer is anchored in one of the school’s core research silos, focusing on the performance, sustainability, and digital transformation of health systems. This research is conducted in close partnership with Ottawa’s major health institutions, including The Ottawa Hospital, CHEO, Bruyère, and the University of Ottawa Heart Institute. Faculty and students collaborate regularly on joint research projects, knowledge translation initiatives, and real-world innovation in areas such as AI-driven clinical decision support, health systems modelling, and digital health evaluation.
This embedded relationship with the local health ecosystem positions Telfer—and, by extension, the AIME 2026 conference—to foster meaningful engagement between academics, healthcare practitioners, and policy leaders.
The primary venue for AIME 2026 will be the Telfer School of Management. Telfer offers a professional, fully accessible, and technology-equipped environment ideal for academic conferences at the intersection of artificial intelligence and medicine.
